BD1 covers City centre, Little Germany. Limited residential — mainly modern flats, some Victorian conversions. Occasional foam removal jobs related to mixed-use building remortgages.
Bradford has one of the highest per-capita rates of spray-foam-affected properties in West Yorkshire — partly because the Victorian roof timbers don't ventilate well once foam is applied, and partly due to high ECO4 uptake between 2019-2023. We work with Bradford-based mortgage brokers who refer regularly.
