Information on this website is provided in good faith for general guidance only. Cost ranges, lender policies and timelines are indicative — your specific quote follows a free survey of your property.
Quotes and contracts
Our quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A binding contract is formed only when you accept the quote in writing and pay the agreed deposit (typically 50% of the job value). The remaining 50% is due on completion.
Workmanship guarantee
We provide a 12-month written workmanship guarantee on every removal. If the lender requires further information about our work within that period, we provide it free of charge. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it doesn't cover damage caused by third parties or pre-existing roof defects we identified at survey.
Lender acceptance
Our paperwork pack is built to the documentation standards published by major UK mortgage lenders. We can't guarantee a specific lender will approve a specific application — that decision rests with the lender's underwriter. If your underwriter requests additional documentation we hold, we provide it; if they require an independent RICS report we don't already hold, we can arrange one separately.
Liability
We carry £2 million public liability cover. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted work, save in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, where statutory liabilities apply.

If something goes wrong, tell us first — call 07375 937930 or email info@yorkshirefoamremoval.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days. If we can't resolve a complaint you can escalate to your local Trading Standards or Citizens Advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
